Location: Plaza Alcalde José Martínez Sánchez.
Description: This building is made up of eight buildings distributed perimetrically to the block that delimits it, forming the Plaza Alcalde José Martínez Sánchez.
Each of the eight buildings has a height of six floors including the ground floor, each of them having ten homes, two per floor, except block 5 in which there are also two adapted houses on the ground floor.
The basement floor, runs under seven of the eight buildings, destined for 89 parking garages, with access rolled by newly opened street, with direct communication with the homes through seven practicable elevators and two direct pedestrian accesses to the outside.
The ground floors are intended for commercial premises without specific use.
The storage room floor is located under the sloping roofs of each of the eight buildings where eighty storage rooms are located.

Description: The project includes three buildings:
The first building, located with a facade to Plaza de la Concordia and back Águilas street that consists of 5 blocks composed of ground floor, five floors of houses with a total constructed area of 10.558 m2 and a basement common to these five buildings with a communication direct with the homes through five practicable elevators. The five buildings have double access through Aguilas street and Plaza de la Concordia.
The ground floor of each of the buildings are intended for commercial premises, except block 4 that is intended for housing, five housing plants with two houses per floor, with a total of 10 and a storage room under its sloping roof with ten storage rooms per building, resulting in a total of 52 homes with eagles Street and Plaza de la Concordia.
The basement, for parking garage, has three floors with an area of 3.383 m2, with capacity for 101 vehicles.

Description: This promotion consists of two buildings:
- The first one consists of ten homes, distributed over five floors, and three commercial premises located on the ground floor of the building.
The houses have the same functional program, consisting of living room, kitchen, laundry room, bathroom, toilet and three bedrooms, type A housing and four bedrooms, housing B.
Its lighting and ventilation is produced by both facades and through two courtyards of lights, one located in the central part of the building and another in its back.
The roof is resolved by sloping roof and flat terrace, with slope. Under the roof there are ten storage rooms for each of the houses.
- The second building consists of two basement floors for garage parking, with a capacity of 58 vehicles, 30 vehicles on the upper floor and 28 vehicles on the lower floor and accessed through the ramp located on Pio Baroja street.

The ground floor for commercial premises, and three floors of apartments for housing.
The building has two opposite streets, Avenida de la Paz, and Magdalena Street. The lighting and ventilation of the homes is achieved through both facades and four interior courtyards of the building. The 15 homes that make up this building are divided into seven different typologies.
Functionally, the houses have three and four bedrooms, living room, kitchen, pantry, laundry, bathroom and toilet. All homes have at least two apartments that open holes directly to its facade, specifically the living room and a bedroom. All homes are covered by the official protection regime except for the basement and ground floor. The roof is resolved by a sloping roof with a slope to the Catalan where it houses the storage rooms of each of the houses.
